The linkage with the scale and the integration with the urban context are the parameters that gave meaning to the design of this building located in Bucerías, a few steps from the beach within the Playas de Huanacaxtle are in the state of Nayarit.
The wonderful location within the famous Banderas Bay gave us the opportunity to design small apartments for vacationers looking to spend most of their time enjoying the wonders of the outdoors, with all the comforts that the interiors of vacation spaces require.
With an elevation of only 7 levels, 15 apartments and a commercial space were organized.
The ground floor has an access plaza where the main entrance for pedestrians and the one for vehicles that leads to a comfortable parking lot with capacity for 8 cars are located. On this level, the laundry, the caretaker’s room equipped with a bathroom, the lobby and the commercial premises were also distributed, as well as the elevator and the stairs that serve all levels.
The next five levels have 3 apartments each, two of 65 and one of 55 m2. All are one-bedroom studios with a full bathroom and a pleasant stay. At the last level, the amenities were organized such as: swimming pool, sunbathing area, terraces and the machine room.
Simple finishes were used, flattened with white paint and coverings with ceramic products for some floors and walls, with the aim of always having a comfortable environment that requires very simple maintenance.
